Room & RV Cancellation Policy
We require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. Guests who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of their deposit, minus a $35 admin fee per room/unit/RV site (or $30 for tent sites). If you cancel between 3 and 14 days before check-in, you will get back 50% of your deposit. A cancellation 2-1 days prior to arrival no refund will be issued. A no-show or a cancellation on the date of your arrival is considered a cancellation of your entire stay at the property. You will be charged for the entire stay and your reservation will be cancelled. Please communicate with us so we can work with your situation.

We invite you to stay with us at Beargrass Lodging and RV Resort. We are a family run business that seeks to share the natural beauty of Montana with guests from all over the world. Beargrass Lodging is perfectly situated with only a ten-minute drive to Glacier National Park, walking distance to other hiking trails & fly fishing. We are 30 minutes from Whitefish Mountain ski and summer Resort.
RV & Tent sites
Our RV park has 24 RV sites and 2 tent sites. All RV sites include 20, 30 & 50 amp power, water, and sewer.
All sites include Wi-Fi, access to our outdoor pool, coin-op laundry, communal fire pit, communal BBQs, and clean bathroom & showers.
