Cancellation Policy:
At the time of booking, all reservations are charged a non-refundable deposit equal to 20% of your total reservation. The remainder of your reservation total will automatically be charged 7 days prior to arrival. Should your payment be declined, your reservation will be cancelled.
-Reservations cancelled 24 hours or less prior to arrival will forfeit the full amount of the stay.
-Reservations cancelled 7 days to 24 hours prior to arrival will be refunded 50% of the reservation total.
-Reservations cancelled more than 7 days prior to arrival will forfeit the 20% deposit paid at the time of booking.

MOTEL ROOMS
We have 6 standard motel rooms and 6 deluxe motel rooms. All rooms have cable TV and Wi-Fi.
The standard rooms include a mini fridge, microwave, k-pod coffee maker, coffee/sugar, and a full bathroom.
The deluxe rooms include a full kitchenette with dishes and cooking essentials, drip coffee maker, coffee/sugar, dining table/chairs, and a full bathroom.
Rooms are NOT pet friendly.

Motel Rooms, RV & Tent Sites
We require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. Guests who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of their deposit, minus a $35 admin fee per room/unit/RV site (or $30 for tent sites). If you cancel between 3 and 14 days before check-in, you will get back 50% of your deposit, otherwise, no refund will be issued. A no-show on the date of your arrival is considered a cancellation of your entire stay at the property. You will be charged for the entire stay and your reservation will be cancelled.
