Room & RV Cancellation Policy
We require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. Guests who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of their deposit, minus a $35 admin fee per room/unit/RV site (or $30 for tent sites). If you cancel between 3 and 14 days before check-in, you will get back 50% of your deposit. A cancellation 2-1 days prior to arrival no refund will be issued. A no-show or a cancellation on the date of your arrival is considered a cancellation of your entire stay at the property. You will be charged for the entire stay and your reservation will be cancelled. Please communicate with us so we can work with your situation.

Beargrass Lodging & RV Resort is looking for new members to join or team! We offer competitive pay and access to our resort amenities.

For 2026, we're looking for:
- Housekeeper w/RV Site Included
20-25 hours per week, pay @ $15/hour. Typical shift is 10a-2p. Any RV site housing two camp-workers results in pay increase to $18/hour each. RV site with full hookups provided.
- Groundskeeper w/RV site included
25 hours per week, pay @$15/hour. Duties include water & mowing RV sites & pet area as available. Keep grounds free of trash, leaves, sticks, etc. RV site with full hookups provided.
- Housekeeper
20-25 hours per week, pay @ $20/hour. Typical shift is 10a-2p.

25 hours per week, pay @$20/hour. Duties include water & mowing RV sites & pet area as available. Keep grounds free of trash, leaves, sticks, etc.
