Motel Rooms, RV & Tent Sites
We require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. Guests who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of their deposit, minus a $35 admin fee per room/unit/RV site (or $30 for tent sites). If you cancel between 3 and 14 days before check-in, you will get back 50% of your deposit. A cancellation 2-1 days prior to arrival no refund will be issued. A no-show or a cancellation on the date of your arrival is considered a cancellation of your entire stay at the property. You will be charged for the entire stay and your reservation will be cancelled. Please communicate with us so we can work with your situation.​

Glacier National Park

Beargrass Motels, Cabins, and Houses
Beargrass Lodging Cabins and Motel rooms are NOT pet friendly. Only RV and Tent guests are allowed pets. Thank you for your understanding.

Beargrass RV & Tents
RV Guests will need to adhere to the following Pet Policy:
- 
Any person with a pet showing aggressive behavior towards other animals or persons will be asked to leave without a refund. 
- 
Limit of 2 dogs per RV/Tent Site 
- 
Excessive barking or multiple complaints from guests will result in one warning, if repeated you will be asked to leave early with no refund. 
- 
Pets must be on a controlled leash no longer than 6' at all times when not within your RV. 
- 
RV guests must contain pets in their RV if leaving the premises. Pets are not allowed to be tied up and left outside. 
- Cancellation Policy -
Black Bear Cabin, Hungry Horse Hideaway, Farm Cottage, and
Beargrass Lodge
Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid minus a $35 processing fee. Guests are required to have the room paid in full within 30 days of arrival. The credit card on file is charged automatically 30 days prior to check-in.
Early Departure & Damage Policy
It is the responsibility of the guest to confirm the correct dates were selected and paid for at check-in. Once check-in is complete there are no refunds for early departures or date changes. Guests may be charged an additional fee for excessive cleaning, repairs, or replacement of missing items from rooms or RV sites after check-out. Thank you!
RV PARK RULES
- 
RV sites accommodate RV or Trailer plus one vehicle, additional vehicles, golf carts, or tents are not allowed.​ 
- 
Check-in is anytime after 1:00pm and before 7:00pm. Our office is staffed starting at 1:00pm. For this reason, we CANNOT accept any check-ins prior to 1:00pm so please plan accordingly. RVs arriving before 1:00pm will be asked to leave and return during office hours. If you need temporary parking, we recommend: -

If you are not able to make it before 7:00pm you must make prior arrangements. Check-in after 9:00pm is NOT allowed! Guests who do not arrive before 7:00pm will be allowed to park in their spot at 11:00am the following morning. ​

The following activities are prohibited in the RV Park:
- 
Wood fires are not allowed, propane and solo stoves allowed when county has no fire ban. 
- 
Self-Repairs, tire rotation, oil changes, etc. 
- 
Generators 
- 
Trash or garbage cans outside of the RV 
- 
Fireworks 
- 
No rugs on grass
