Cancellation Policy:
At the time of booking, all reservations are charged a non-refundable deposit equal to 20% of your total reservation. The remainder of your reservation total will automatically be charged 7 days prior to arrival. Should your payment be declined, your reservation will be cancelled.
-Reservations cancelled 24 hours or less prior to arrival will forfeit the full amount of the stay.
-Reservations cancelled 7 days to 24 hours prior to arrival will be refunded 50% of the reservation total.
-Reservations cancelled more than 7 days prior to arrival will forfeit the 20% deposit paid at the time of booking.

Beargrass Lodge
Beautiful Montana style log lodge sleeps up to 10 guests. Ten minutes from the West entrance to Glacier National Park. An open floor plan with spacious kitchen and living space make gatherings for large groups ideal! Our attention to detail will make your stay easy and relaxing. Multiple seating areas and a game room for maximum enjoyment. Two bath, three separate bedrooms and a bunk/game room. Six beds in total. 1 King, 2 Queen, 1 Full, 2 Twin. Private fenced back yard with fire ring. Our lodge is located just off Highway 2 on our resort property (some traffic noise is to be expected.)
Baby Bear Sleeper+ Cabin

Located at the entrance to our RV park, this quaint cabin has all the creature comforts you would want, including a kitchen area with sink that has hot/cold running water, microwave, mini fridge, coffee/tea station and dishes for two. The loft sleeps two and must be accessed by climbing the ladder. The ladder has a 250 pound weight limit. The loft has a Queen 4" memory foam mattress and includes linen. There is a private porch with a propane fire pit and great view of Columbia Mountain. Bathroom/showers are located a short walk of about 80 yards.

Black Bear Cabin
Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid minus a $35 processing fee. If they cancel between 30 and 60 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, there is no refund. Guests are required to have the room paid in full within 30 days. The credit card on file is charged automatically within those 30 days.
