Room & RV Cancellation Policy
We require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. Guests who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of their deposit, minus a $35 admin fee per room/unit/RV site (or $30 for tent sites). If you cancel between 3 and 14 days before check-in, you will get back 50% of your deposit. A cancellation 2-1 days prior to arrival no refund will be issued. A no-show or a cancellation on the date of your arrival is considered a cancellation of your entire stay at the property. You will be charged for the entire stay and your reservation will be cancelled. Please communicate with us so we can work with your situation.
ABOUT US
Hello! We are Duane and Donna Byrd, the owners of Beargrass Lodging and RV Park. We are delighted to be operating the Beargrass Lodging and RV Resort, formerly known as the Crooked Tree Motel and RV Park since 1948. As local residents we are excited to share the natural beauty of Glacier National Park and the surrounding area. We have a long family history of living in the West Glacier area. In 1946, our grandparents moved to the Canyon to help build the Hungry Horse dam.

We strive to provide a comfortable, clean, and enjoyable stay for each of our guests. Attention to every detail is carefully crafted from providing necessary rentals to keeping our beds cozy and comfortable. We offer all white bedding with all-season duvets. All linens including duvet cover are freshly laundered BETWEEN each and every guest! We do not offer daily maid service in our rooms, however we are happy to replace towels and linen if requested for longer stays.
